Combining Orders
Once orders are placed, they cannot be combined. You can remove items from an order or ask to have select items shipped but two orders can not be combined.
Cancelling Orders
For cancelling Pre-Orders please refer to our Pre-Order section. If you have placed an order for in stock items and wish to have it cancelled please let us know right away. We can not guarantee that we will be able to intercept the shipping process but the faster we do know the higher the chance that we can intervene. Cancelled in stock items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Out of Stock Items
Once a product has sold out it is generally not available for us to order in again. These products are re-issued from time to time and will be available as a pre-order if that is the case.
